Clown World scores their first hit

So, in Georgia, the government withdrew the law wanting to list who finances NGOs.

Supposedly because normal citizens —-who I would bet money couldn’t care less, or in fact may be pro- their government preventing foreign actors from subverting their country—- are violently rioting and someone was shot.

It is the exact same playbook as the Maidan in 2014 in Kiev. I have zero deep knowledge of the composition of the Georgian government, but if they did have loyal special ops, which I believe they fielded, my actions would have been to physically remove the leaders and instigators of yet another colour revolution by whatever means required.

Sure, it might have looked bad from a PR point of view for a while. So what?

As I explained several times before, PR doesn’t matter when the reality approaches bullets flying. And if you end up being a shield to Russia instead of a second front, I’m fairly sure that it would be relatively simple to gain practical, effective, support that the populace appreciates, be it overtly economical or covertly militarily.

Of course the relationship between Russia and Georgia is relatively complicated given their history, which is why it was selected for this.

Clown World is still on the back foot, but this might be the first actual hit against the Russian Federation, indirect though it is, that they scored since the start of the SMO.
